摘  要:研究硅酸铝镁加填对低定量新闻纸性能的影响。结果表明:与常用填料GCC相比,硅酸铝镁加填新闻纸的白度和不透明度均较高,抗张强度和色密度相近,透印值较低;采用硅酸铝镁/GCC复配加填,可以显著提高填料留着率、改善新闻纸的光学性能,同时还可有效地控制生产成本;以硅酸铝镁为填料抄造低定量新闻纸,可以显著改善成纸光学性能和印刷性能,减少纸张透印,硅酸铝镁具有降低新闻纸定量的潜力。Effects of magnesium aluminum silicate on paper properties of the low basis weight newsprint were studied. The results showed that, compared with GCC filled newsprint, the magnesium aluminum silicate filled newsprint's whiteness and opacity were higher, the tensile strength and color density were close, and the print through was lower. Using blended magnesium aluminum silicate and GCC as filler, it could improve the retention rate and optical properties significantly, and it also could control the production cost effectively. Magnesium aluminum silicate as filler for low basis weight newsprint, it could improve the optical properties and printing performance significantly, and reduce print through. Magnesium aluminum silicate had the potential for reducing the weight of newsprint with same quality.
