摘 要:采用脱墨废水和浆料混匀制备浆片的方法,对国产旧报纸(L-ONP)和欧洲旧报纸(E-ONP)脱墨废水中油墨粒子的浓度进行了测定,结果表明该方法能够较准确地测出脱墨废水中的油墨含量,而对含有水基油墨的脱墨废水,在浆片制备过程中添加一定量的CPAM,测试结果更准确;同时结合纳米激光粒度仪和尘埃测试分别对脱墨废水中小于6.54μm和大于7μm的油墨粒子粒径分布进行了检测。结果表明:E-ONP脱墨废水中油墨粒子粒径整体小于L-ONP,其粒径分布主要集中于0.05~0.4μm之间,而L-ONP脱墨废水中的粒子粒径分布范围较广,大部分在0.6~50μm之间。The method of using deinking effluent mixed BKP to prepare pads has been used to measure the ink concentration in deinking effluent of local ONP (L-ONP) and European ONP (E-ONP). The results showed that this method can measure the ink concentration exactly, while there is water-based ink in deinking effluent, it is better to add some CPAM during prepared pads. Meanwhile, use laser nanometer and dirt specks to analyze the ink size distribution rang from under 6.54 μm and above 7 μm, respectively. The results showed that the size of ink in E-ONP deinking effluent is smaller than L-ONP. It has also discovered that the ink size in E-ONP mostly distributed in 0.05~0.4 μm, while the ink size in L-ONP mostly distributed in 0.6~50 μm.
