摘　　要：中国境内的语言依据系词情况可将其判断构式分为无系词式、单系词式和多系词式几种类型。判断表达通常采取一些不同于叙事句的句法或语用策略,如话题化和标记焦点、系词的人称标记以及区分主观情态等。In terms of the presence or absence of the copula or copulas, judgment construction in languages within China may be classified into three types, viz. the copulaless type, the sole copula type and the multiple copula type. Judgment construction frequently resorts to certain syntactic or pragmatic strategies different from those employed in declarative construction, such as topicalization and marked focus, person marking for copulas, as well as distinction of subjective modality.
