18号双腔导尿管促宫颈成熟放置时间与引产效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨18号双腔导尿管在促宫颈成熟和晚期妊娠引产中的作用。方法选择有终止妊娠指征的孕妇90例,宫颈评分≤5,随机分为:观察组(18号双腔导尿管放置宫颈内口24 h,联合缩宫素静滴),对照组(18号双腔导尿管放置宫颈内口12 h,联合缩宫素静滴)。结果比较两组宫颈Bishop评分,引产成功率,分娩情况以及产妇、胎儿和新生儿的影响。结论 18号双腔导尿管促宫颈成熟放置宫颈24 h,更能提高引产成功率,缩短引产时间及临产时间,并不增加感染率。Objective In this paper,in order to explore the 18 double lumen catheterin cervical ripening and late pregnancy induction in the role. Methods Choose atermination of pregnancy of the indications of 90 cases of pregnant women,cervical score less than or equal to5,were randomly divided intoobservation group（18 double lumen catheter placed in the cervix mouth24 hours,combined with oxytocin in static drop）,control group（18 double lumen catheter placed in the mouth of the 12 hours of cervical,combined with oxytocin complicated drops）.Results Comparison of 2 groups ofcervical Bishop score, the successful rate of induced labor, delivery situation and the influence of maternal, fetal and neonatal, thus draws. Conclusion 18 double lumen catheter placement of cervical cervical ripening for 24 hours,can raise the successful rate of induced labor,shorten the labor time and labor,and can not increase the infection rate.
