间本三酚在不同宫颈评分的初产妇妊娠晚期引产中的应用

摘　　要：目的比较间本三酚在不同宫颈评分初产妇引产中的应用。方法 368例需引产的初产妇随机分为:促宫颈成熟组(Bishop评分≤3分)186例,引产组182例(Bishop评分≥7分),均随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组间本三酚联合缩宫素应用,对照组单用缩宫素,比较两组产妇宫颈成熟情况及分娩结局。结果促宫颈成熟组:观察组与对照组在宫颈成熟时间、宫颈评分的变化、剖宫产率、引产成功率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);引产组:观察组与对照组在总产程时间、宫颈水肿率、新生儿窒息率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而产后出血量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论间本三酚不论在促宫颈成熟还是在引产中都能够起到良好的解痉作用,且无不良反应,明显加速产程进展、降低宫颈水肿率、剖宫产率及新生儿窒息率,提高引产成功率,是一种值得临床推广的可重复应用的药物。Objective To compare between the therapeutic effects of phloroglucin to primipara induced labour on different cervical score in later pregnancy.Methods 368 cases need induced labor primipara were randomly divided into： promote cervical mature group（Bishop score 3 points or less） of 186 cases, induced labor group 182 cases（Bishop score 7 or higher）, were randomly divided into observation group and the control group and observation group： oxytocin combined with phloroglucin application, the control group only use oxytocin, compared two groups of maternal cervical mature and birth outcomes.Results To promote cervical mature group： the observation group and control group in cervical ripening time, the change of the cervical score, cesarean section rate and success rate of induced labor the differences were statistically signifi cant（P〈0.05）; Induced labor groups： observation group and control group in the total labor time, cervix edema rate, newborn asphyxia rate, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, while postpartum haemorrhage amount it had no statistically signifi cant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Phloroglucin whether in promoting cervical mature or in induced labor to be able to have good spasmolysis effect, and no adverse reaction, obvious speed labor progress, to reduce the rate of cervix edema, cesarean section rate and neonatal asphyxia rate, and improve the success rate of induced labor. Is a worthy of clinical promotion can be repeated use of drugs.
