阿达帕林凝胶联合甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察南宁地区阿达帕林凝胶联合甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的72例寻常型痤疮患者随机分为两组,实验组(36例)予0.1%阿达帕林凝胶联合甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗,对照组(36例)予0.1%阿达帕林凝胶外搽及无治疗作用的相同剂量熟淀粉胶囊对照治疗,严格执行双盲原则,比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗4周时,实验组有效率55.55%,对照组30.55%;治疗8周时有效率分别为83.33%和58.33%,差异均有统计学意义(P<O.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率5.88%,对照组3.85%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿达帕林凝胶联合甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗寻常型痤疮效果显著,联合应用明显缩短疗程。Objective： Efficacy capsule of adapa!ene gel combined with mannatide in the treatment t of acne vulgaris in Nanning. Methods：The 72 cases of ache vulgaris in patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group （n=36）were treated with 0.1% adapalene gel capsule joint mannatide,and the control group （n=36） were in the therapy of 0.1% adapalene gel capsule combined with no treatment effect of same dosecooked starch capsules.Two groups were compared the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction by implementing the principle of double-blind strictly.Results： After 4 weeks of treatment,the efficiency rate of experiment group had 55：55%,while the control group was 30.55% The treatment efficiency was 83.33% and 58.33% respectively with statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Concolusion：The adverse reaction rate was 5.88% in the experimental group and 3.85% in the control group with no signicant difference. （P〉0.05）.
