摘　　要：分析国内外常用不锈钢标准体系，阐述我国不锈钢标准体系制（修）定的技术水平，必须赶上甚至超过国外或者国际常用的不锈钢标准水平，与不锈钢的生产与使用迅猛发展相适应。一方面可以提高不锈钢材料及其产品的质量以满足人民日益增长的消耗需求。另方面可以规范市场，既能把劣质产品挡于国门之外，又可以规避技术壁垒，使更多的产品进入国际市场，以缓解我国不锈钢产能过剩的状况。Analysis of commonly used stainless steel standard system at home and abroad, expounds the technology level of formulation of or amendment to the stainless steel standard system in China, must catch up with and even surpass foreign or international commonly used stainless steel standard level, and adapt to the rapid development of the production and the use of stainless steel. On the one hand, can improve the quality of the stainless steel material and its products to meet the people＇s increasing consumption demand.On the other hand can regulate the market, not only can the inferior products block outside the gates, and can avoid technical barriers, so that more products to enter the international market, to ease China＇s stainless steel production overcapacity situation.
