对振兴涂镀行业措施的思考

摘　　要：分析了钢带涂镀行业产能过剩和质量混乱局面产生的原因，提出了抑制产能过剩并形成优胜劣汰良好发展秩序的具体措施，建议从标准制定、节能减排、环境保护几方面加以调控，实现钢带涂镀行业的振兴和健康发展。The paper analyzed the causes of excess capacity ,the good and bad quality mixed together of the strip coating industry, put forward specific measures to curb excess capacity and the formation of the survival of the fittest.At the same time, the authors suggestted to regulate by standards, energy-saving, environmental protection, to achieve the revitalization and healthy development of the steel strip coating.
