摘　　要：水钢结合自身生产加工材对钢水洁净度的要求及原料情况，通过对转炉脱磷及复吹工艺，LF精炼吹氩、造渣、钙处理，连铸保护浇铸及稳定拉速等工艺进行研究和优化，使产品洁净度大幅提高，较好满足了加工企业的个性化要求。According to the molten steel cleanliness demanded by deep processing steels and the condition of raw material, by studying and optimizing desulphurization and combined blowing in BOF steelmaking process, argon-blowing and slagging and calcium treatment in LF refining process and protective casting and constant-speed casting in continuous casting process, Shuigang substantially improves the cleanliness of steel products so as to meet individual requirements of deep processing enterprises.
