摘　　要：新环保法及其配套规章明确了企业环境信息公开和社会监管的责任,将环境违法信息记入社会诚信档案,让失信企业一次违法、处处受限,改变了违法成本低、守法成本高的现状。企业为了生存和发展必须实行环境管理创新,加大环保投入,切实解决自身的环境问题。With the new environmental laws and regulations been confirmed the responsibility to enterprise for environmental information disclosures and social supervision, the environmental illegal information will be recorded into the social integrity of files, and the dishonesty enterprises who is once illegal will be limited ev- erywhere, which will change the present situation of the low cost for illegal and high cost for compliance. For survival and development, enterprise must implement environmental management innovation and increase invest- ment in environmental protection, which will solve the environmental problems of their own effectively.
