帮会文化的价值观与黑社会犯罪研究——以狭隘个人主义为视角

摘　　要：帮会文化以牟利价值观为实质,以帮会之义为形式,本质上属于一种狭隘的个人主义。黑社会犯罪继承了帮会文化牟利价值观的衣钵,实现了其从"经济性"到"牟利性"的危险跳跃,使得其从"白社会"中分异出来。同时,随着黑社会组织形态的变迁,牟利价值观也与之互动而呈现出不同的阶段性特征。Gang culture essentially is the profit value which unscrupulously achieves personal interests, in the form of brotherhood and in fact belongs to a kind of narrow individualism. Gang＇s behavior culture and system culture are simply a means of profit-making core values of gang culture. Underworld crime inherited mantle of profit value of gang culture, a- chieved a dangerous jump from the ＂economic＂ to ＂profit＂, and made it out of the ＂white society＂. At the same time, with the underworld changing in tissue morphology, profit values also interacts with it so that profit value shows different characteristics in different stages.
