闽台经济融合背景下高校毕业生就业竞争力探析

摘　　要：通过对闽台地区2012届和2013届大学毕业生就业现状调查,一方面分析了影响闽台地区大学生就业竞争力的共性因素,明确了适应闽台经济融合背景下高校毕业生应必备的就业素质;另一方面,针对调查结果提出依托闽台经济融合发展战略,打造学生"预就业"平台,进行实践教学模式的创新、课程体系的改革等,将就业素质教育、创业教育切实渗透到大学生所有学习环节中,提升大学生就业竞争力。By investigating 2012 and 2013 university graduates＇ employment situation in Min and Tai region, the paper analyzes the common factor of university graduates＇ employment competitiveness. Then the paper will further define the necessary professional quality of university graduates under the background of the Integration of Min and Tai. On the other side, reform suggestions are put forward to the work of personnel training in Universities according to the results of the sur- vey, which includes building pre-employment system for university students, carrying on the practice teaching mode innova- tion,reforming of the course system, etc. By practicing professional quality education as well as entrepreneurship education into all links of the current teaching processes, it will enhance the employment competitiveness of the students.
