摘  要:采用3 t锤及1250 t压力机两种不同设备及自由锻工艺制取了TC11钛合金饼材,并分别测试了其室温和高温力学性能及超声波杂波水平。研究结果表明:两种锻造工艺所制得的TC11钛合金饼材性能均符合要求,组织均为等轴α+片状α的双态组织或长条α+片状α组织,但后者晶粒较细且组织均匀性较好;在1250 t压力机上生产的TC11钛合金饼材室温和高温抗拉强度分别比3 t锤上生产的分别高出50和20 MPa左右,屈服强度高20 MPa左右,而伸长率、断面收缩率基本持平;在1250 t压力机上生产的TC11钛合金饼材比3 t锤上生产的饼材超声波杂波水平低3 d B。因此在1250 t压力机上生产的饼材性能比在3 t锤上生产的饼材性能更加优越。TC11 titanium alloy discs were made by 3 t and 1250 t hammer presses and different free forging processes, and their mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature, and ultrasonic noise level were tested respectively. The results show that the properties obtained by the above forging processes all meet the requirement, and their microstructures are all equated α phase with duplex microstruc- ture of lamellar α phase and strip α phase with lamellar α phase. However, the ierostruetures of discs made by the latter process are finer and more uniform. The tensile strength at room temperature and high temperature obtained from 1250 t hammer press is about 50 and 20 MPa higher than that obtained by 3 t hammer press respectively. The yield strength is about 20 MPa higher, hut the elongation and reduction in area are almost unchanged. The ultrasonic noise level value obtained by 1250 t hammer press is 3 dB lower than that obtained by 3 t hammer press. So, the properties obtained by 1250 t hammer press are improved comparing with that obtained by 3 t hammer press.
