摘 要:提出了一种软干涉检查方法,该方法利用碰撞检测中常用的空间分割思想,将实体包围盒空间划分成若干体积相同的空间格,将实体表面剖分成三角面片网格模型,并将三角面片单元映射到各个空间格中,最终只需对相同或相邻空间格内的三角面片对进行软干涉检查。基于该方法在Unigraphics NX平台上开发了一套软干涉检查系统,该系统求解速度快、精度高,可用于快速分析汽车覆盖件模具软干涉问题,提高汽车覆盖件模具的设计效率以及减少设计错误。最后通过实例研究分析了三角面片尺寸与空间格尺寸对计算效率的影响。A kind of soft interference checking method was proposed. The method applies the spatial subdivision that is commonly used in collision detection. Global bounding box of objects was divided into several spatial grids with the same volume, and the surfaces of objects were discretized into triangular grid model that mapped to spatial grids. Finally, soft interference checking was realized on triangular facet of the same or the adjacent spatial grid. A soft interference checking system was developed based on the platform of Unigraphics NX with high calculation speed and precision. It can he used to check soft interference on automobile panel dies rapidly and can help to improve the efficiency and reduce errors in the design of automobile panel dies. In the end, the influence of the size of triangular facet and spatial grid on the calculation efficiency was analyzed through a case study.
