摘 要:通过深入研究快速计算方法的基础理论及其对工艺、计算方面的简化和假设,给出了该计算方法的适用条件,即应变路径线性条件,汽车上绝大部分弯曲、压形、翻边和简单拉延的零件都满足上述条件。从最满足线性加载条件的、简化和假设最少并且产品设计中出现问题较多的伸长类翻边结构入手,利用精确计算结果对快速计算结果及参数设定进行测试和校准,并给出该计算方法的评判标准和注意事项。通过计算结果对比可知,精确计算与快速计算偏差在±10%以内,因此利用快速计算方法进行伸长类翻边结构的工艺评审是可行的。Through a deep study on the basic theory of fast calculation, its simplification and hypothesis of proeess and calculation, appli- cation conditions of the calculation method were offered, namely the linear conditions of strain path. Most of the parts from bending, stam- ping, flanging and simply drawing in the automobile met the above conditions. For flange structure of extension category which the most enough met the linear loading condition, had the least simplification and hypothesis, and the most problems occured in product design, fast calculation result and parameter determination were tested and calibrated by accurate calculation. As a result, the criteria and special attentions of the above calculation method were confirmed. By comparing the calculated results, their deviation is less than 10%, and the assessment of stretch flanging structure technology is feasible by fast calculation.
