摘　　要：上海自贸区是继经济特区之后中国特色社会主义市场经济的又一探索,承载着全面社会改革的重任,分析其发展战略意义、改革创新点、发展机遇和发展原则,对确保自贸区良性发展及进一步丰富社会主义市场经济理论有重要意义。The establishment of Shanghai Free Trade Zone is another exploration for the socialist market econo-my with Chinese characteristics after the foundation of the special economic region.It carries the responsibility of comprehensive social reform.To ensure the favorable development and to further enrich the theory of socialist market economy, the paper analyzed the development strategy, reform and innovation, development opportunities and prin-ciples in Shanghai Free Trade Zone.
