历史文化街区游客满意度的影响因素——以惠山古镇为例

摘　　要：采用问卷调查形式对城市历史文化街区的游客满意度进行了研究,利用SPSS软件对调查数据进行了处理,将满意度的衡量标准细分为31个指标,即观测变量,然后运用IPA分析法进行游客满意度分析。根据分析结果,以无锡市惠山古镇历史文化街区为例,将游客满意度的31个观测变量划分为四种类型——优势变量、弱势变量、改进变量和保持变量,研究观测变量分布的原因,并提出了今后古镇建设的重点及提升游客满意度的建议。The study on tourist satisfaction of historical and cultural blocks in the city adopts questionnaire survey meth- od. The survey data are analyzed by using SPSS software. And the measure of satisfaction is subdivided into 31 indexes, namely observation variables. Then the tourist satisfaction situation is analyzed by using IPA analysis （Importance - Performance anal- ysis）. According to the study results, and in the case of Huis- han Ancient Town historica｜ and cultural block, the observation variables are divided into four types, that is, main advantage, main disadvantage, minor advantage and minor disadvantage. This essay studies the reasons of the distribution of observation variables, and then puts forward the future focuses of the con- struction of the town and the strategies of improving the tourist satisfaction.
