辽宁省城市化质量与速度协调状况分析

摘　　要：城市化质量和速度是城市化进程的两个方面,二者相互依赖、相互制约,认清二者的关系对城市化的健康发展具有重要意义。基于城市化健康发展的内涵构建指标体系对辽宁省城市化质量和速度进行了定量与定性分析,通过协调度模型测度了辽宁省14个地级市城市化发展质量与速度的协调关系。结果表明:总体上看,2003-2011年辽宁省各地级市城市化质量呈现上升趋势,城市化速度除盘锦市为增加趋势外,其他各市保持平稳状态;从时间分异看,辽宁省各市城市化质量和速度之间的协调类型由质量严重滞后型向质量速度协调型和质量超前型转变;从空间分异看,辽宁省城市化质量与速度协调类型呈现出"中部突起、两翼凹陷"的格局,存在明显的辽东、辽中、辽西的空间分异。基于此,提出了辽宁省城市化健康发展的针对性对策建议。Quality and speed are two important aspects of urbanization, which are interdependent and restrict each oth- er. Recognizing their relationship is important for the healthy de- velopment of urbanization. This essay builds the index system based on the connotation of healthy development of urbanization, analyzes the quality and speed of urbanization in Liaoning Prov- ince in quantitative and qualitative perspectives and in terms of coordinate coefficient models measures the coordinating relation- ship between quality and speed of urbanization in the 14 prefec- ture -level cities of Liaoning Province. As a result, firstly, in general, the quality of 14 prefecture - level cities is rising and the speed remains stable except an increasing trend in Panjin from 2003 to 2011. Secondly, from the point of view of time dif- ferentiation, the coordinating relation of quality and speed in Li- aoning Province gradually transfers from quality -badly lagged type to coordinated type of quality and speed and quality - ad- vanced type. Thirdly, from the point of view of space differentia- tion, the coordination type of quality and speed of urbanization in Liaoning Province presents the pattern of ＂ central processes, two wings sag＂ ; there are apparently spatial differentiation of the eastern, central and western parts of Liaoning Province about the coordination relationship between quality and speed of urbaniza- tion. Finally, based on the above research, this essay puts for- ward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the healthy development of the urbanization in Liaoning Province.
