摘　　要：居住和就业空间关系的研究已成为城市地理学研究的重要内容之一。基于居民问卷调查数据,以市辖区和市区不同圈层为地域单元探讨了合肥市居民职住空间均衡性的总体特征及其空间差异,并分析了微观个体基本因素、经济因素以及宏观制度性因素对居民职住空间均衡性的影响。The study on the relation between residence and employment has become one of the important research con- tents of urban geography. Based on the data of questionnaire sur- vey to residents, this essay inquires into the general characteris- tics and spatial differences of residents＇ job - housing relation in Hefei City from the scale of municipal district and urban sphere structure. The influence on the balance of job- housing space from the residents＇ individually basic factors, economic factors and institutional factors is analyzed.
