摘　　要：应用全自动间断化学分析仪(Smart Chem200)测定杉木叶片和根中的铝。在p H值为4.2的乙酸缓冲液中,铝与铝试剂(金精二羧酸)生成稳定的红色络合物,在波长530 nm处测量其吸光度,计算出铝含量。以铝试剂作为显色剂,铝与铝试剂生成稳定的络合物,其吸光度与铝含量在一定浓度范围内成正比,铝浓度在0.01-2.00 mg·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,得到标准曲线的线性回归方程Y=0.125 6X+0.003 1,相关系数R2=0.998 6。该方法操作简便、分析速度快,实验结果可靠。A new method for the determination of aluminum in the leaves and roots of Chinese fir by using an automatic chemical analyzer SmartCherr/200 was ilustrated. Aluminum and aluminon （ gold pure dicarboxylic acid） generated a red complex in acetic acid buffer medium with a pH value of 4.2. The content of aluminum was calculated based on the absorbance measured at the wavelength of 530 nm. Aluminon was selected as the chromogenic reagent. Aluminum and aluminon could form a stable complex, and the absorbanee had a positive linear relationship with aluminum concentration in the range from 0.01 mg·L-1 to 2.00 mg·L-1 , thus the linear regression equation of standard curve was F = 0. 125 6X ＋ 0. 003 1, while the correlation coefficient R2 was 0.998 6. The method was convenient and rapid, and the experimental results were reliable.
