摘 要:为筛选出适合推广种植的卷荚相思轻型基质容器苗,采用单形重心混料试验方法设计14种轻型基质配方,研究不同基质对卷荚相思容器苗生长的影响。结果表明,不同基质对容器苗的生长有显著影响,K1(100%泥炭土)、K6(60%泥炭土+40%锯屑)、K13(46%泥炭土+27%锯屑+27%稻壳炭)和CK1(10%松表土+70%黄心土+10%肥土+10%火烧土)的容器苗生长表现良好为生长促进型,K2(20%泥炭土+80%珍珠岩)、K4(20%泥炭土+80%稻壳炭)、K8(20%泥炭土+40%珍珠岩+40%锯屑)、K9(20%泥炭土+40%珍珠岩+40%稻壳炭)和K10(20%泥炭土+40%锯屑+40%稻壳炭)为生长缓慢型,其余处理为生长中间型。综合得出,K6(60%泥炭土+40%锯屑)是卷荚相思容器苗最为理想的轻型基质配方。In order to select the light-medium container seedlings of Acacia cincinnata, which were suitable for popularized planting, the growth ( seedling height and basal diameter ) of the container seedlings were investigated in the regard of the effects of the different mediums on Acacia cincinnata, with a traditional and a semi-light medium served as the control. Fourteen sorts of light-medium were produced using the pearlite, sawdust, corn shell and peat soil as material with the simplex centroid mixture design. There were significant differences in seedling height and basal diameter among the different substrates. Container seedlings which grown well in the light-medium formula of the K1 (100% peat soil), K6(60% peat soil + 40% sawdust), K13(46% peat soil + 27% sawdust + 27%corn shell)and CK1 (10% topsoil + 70% yellow soil + 10% fertile soil + 10% fire soil) were regarded as the growth-promoting type, container seedlings which grown slowly in the light-medium formula of the K2 (20% peat soil + 80% pearlite), K4(20% peat soil ~ 80% corn shell), K8(20% peat soil + 40% pearlite + 40% sawdust), K9(20% peat soil + 40% pearlite + 40% corn shell) and K10(20% peat soil + 40% sawdust + 40% corn shell =0.2:0.4:0.4) belonged to the slow growth type, and the other container seedlings were the growth-intermediate type, according to the characters of seedling height and basal dimeter, K6 (60% peat soil + 40% sawdust) was selected as the ideal superior light-medium formula.
