摘  要:以桂花叶为原料,主要研究微波辅助碱水提取桂花叶总黄酮的工艺条件。分别考察了料液比、微波时间、微波功率和提取液p H对总黄酮提取效果的影响,并采用L9(34)正交试验优化提取工艺,最后得出最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明:在料液比为1∶8(m/V),提取液p H值为8.00,微波功率为616 W,微波时间为10 min的工艺条件下,得到的桂花叶总黄酮得率为8.70%。The technology conditions of microwave-assisted alkali water extraction of flavonoids in the Osmanthus leaf were mainly studied. The material-solvent ratio, microwave power, microwave time and pH of the solution were investigated separately and optimized by an orthogonal test L9(34). The optimal technology of extraction was shown as a concentration of material - solvent ratio of 1 : 8 ( m/V ) , pH of the solution 8.00, the microwave power of 616 W, microwave time of 10 min, the yield of flavonoids could be reached 8.70%.
