摘  要:建立一种外置绕线柱冷凝法来代替连续流动注射仪中的冷凝系统,针对连续流动注射法测定水中挥发酚的方法存在测量时间长,冷凝装置在仪器内部出现故障不易察觉等问题进行了改进,缩短管路长度,减少泵管数,提高工作效率。方法的检出限为0.39μg/L,测量范围为2-200μg/L,每小时16个样以上。通过对河水水样和渡船头水样的检测,得到相对标准偏差RSD为0.69%,加标回收率为95%-108%。方法操作简便,灵敏度高。The condensing unit of continuous flow injection apparatus was replaced by an external wrapping post condensation method since continuous flow injection method to determinate volatile phenol was time-consuming. The internal fault of condensing unit was difficult to found. The length of pipeline was shortened and the pump pipes were reduced to improve efficiency. Based on this method, the detection limit was 0. 39 μg/L, the determination range was 2 - 200 μg/L, more than 16 samples can be detected per hour. By detecting water samples, the recoveries were in the range of 95% - 108%, the relative standard deviation was 0. 69%. The improved method is easy to operate and higher sensitivity.
