摘 要:讨论了采用异烟酸-巴比妥酸部分蒸馏法测定水中总氰化物的方法优越性,通过检出限、重现性及实际水样的测定,确定该方法完全可以替代一贯所采用的吡啶-巴比妥酸实验室方法。该方法采用异烟酸-巴比妥酸作为显色剂,在600 nm处测量。测量范围:20-600μg/L,最低检出限为2.0μg CN-/L,水样测量的回收率为92%-103%,精密度RSD小于3.0%,结果令人满意。The priority and merits of the new Isonicotini/Barbituric Acid method, which was used as the color reagent to detect the total cyanide in water, both standards and samples, was discassed. The method could take off the old method which took pyridine- Barbituric Acid as color reagent absolutely. The new method was measured at 600 nm, detection range was 20 -600 μg/L, detection limit was 2. 0 μgCN-/L, the sample recovery was 92% - 103% , RSD was less than 3.0%.
