摘　　要：以广东石油化工学院2013届、2014届毕业生为研究对象,分别从就业地区流向、就业单位性质流向、新入职月薪、就业满意度和专业对口率等五个方面进行就业质量现状分析,提出提升高校毕业生就业质量的对策。Taking the graduates of 2013 and 2014 from Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology as research object, the paper an- alyzes the situation of employment quality from employment areas, nature of employment units, new recruits＇ salary, employment satisfac- tion and rate of professional counterpart, in order to find out the countermeasures to improve the quality of graduates＇ employment.
