摘　　要：目的探讨苦木提取物对胃癌小鼠抗肿瘤作用的相关机制的影响。方法观察不同剂量的苦木提取对胃癌小鼠模型血清中VEGF、IL-2影响及癌组织中p2 1变化,从而分析其抗癌作用。结果苦木提取物对胃部肿瘤抑制效果以中剂量为佳,其可以提高血清中IL-2含量,减少VEGF含量水平;同时上调p21基因表达。结论苦木提取物对胃癌小鼠的肿瘤生长有一定抑制效果,其机制可能为增强机体免疫功能,通过上调p21基因而实现调节细胞周期。Objective To investigate the effect of quassia extract on the related factors in rats with gastric cancer. Methods We observed the effect of quassia extract in different dose on the expression of VEGF, IL-2 and p21 in gastric cancer mouse model to analyze its anti-cancer effect. Results Quassia extract can increase the IL-2 and p21 expression and decrease the VEGF expression, Quassia extract has the best effect on inhibiting stomach tumor in a middle dose. Conclusion Quassia extract has an effect on inhibiting stomach tumor via boosting the body＇s immune function and increasing p21 expression.
