摘 要:吊臂滑块接触非线性的研究与计算是起重机整个吊臂系统设计计算中至关重要的一部分。梨形截面伸缩吊臂因其具有良好的抗屈曲性能已在超大吨位起重机中有所应用,研究其滑块接触非线性问题对大吨位起重机的设计具有一定的指导与借鉴意义。在有限元前处理软件Hyper Mesh中通过粗化吊臂整体网格、细化局部接触区域网格,获得了质量优异的吊臂网格,保证了计算精度。针对以上有限元模型,在ADINA软件中建立8组接触组,以Beam单元模拟油缸,使用End Realese命令释放Beam单元绕X'方向旋转自由度以模拟油缸端部铰接。合理利用Rigid Links功能,计算模拟出了吊臂整体与滑块上的应力分布规律。采用Hyper Mesh与ADINA相结合的伸缩吊臂计算与研究方法,可充分发挥两种软件的优点,对大吨位起重机的设计计算具有一定的工程实际意义。Research and calculation of boom slider' s contact nonlinear are indispensable part of the overall calculation of crane' s boom system. Pear-shaped boom has a good performance of resistance to buckling. As a result, study of its nonlinear contact has some guidance and reference on the design of large tonnage cranes. HyperMesh, the finite element pre-processing software, is used as the mesh tool, then refinement mesh of contact area, coarsening mesh of non-contact area, then high quality mesh is obtained. For the element model above, eight contact groups were established in ADINA. Using Beam element to simulate the oil cylinder, taking the End Release order to release the freedom around the X' direction of the Beam, cylinder hinge was successfully simulated finally. Stress of the whole boom and the slider was calculated by using the function Rigid Links reasonably. This method of boom' s calculation by HyperMesh and ADINA can not only gives a full play to the advantages of both softwares, but also has some practical engineering significance and enlightening on the design and calculations for the large-tonnage cranes.
