摘  要:渔药喷施机是一种用于鱼塘渔药喷施作业的自动化机械,混药喷施装置是其核心工作元件。基于三维不可压缩的N-S方程和标准K-Epsilon湍流模型,利用计算流体动力学方法研究混药喷施装置内部流场,以分析得到的速度、压力等参数为基础对喷口净推进力和流体的能量增量进行计算。分析结果表明,渔药喷施在喷管尾部出口形成压力带,有助于喷施推进;在主流道和混药并联流道形成水体压差,合理设计混药并联流道有助于提高混药效果;利用CFD计算流体的能量增量与厂商提供的最大参考射程较吻合,证明利用CFD计算和分析方法来研究能量增量的方案是可行的。The spraying machine of fishery drug is a kind of automatic machinery used for spraying drugs in the pond, and its core component is the mix spraying device. Based on the 3D incompressible N-S equation and the standard K-Epsilon turbulence model, the internal flow field of mix spraying de- vice was studied by using computational method of hydrodynamics, and the obtained parameters of velocity and pressure were then used to analyze the fluid energy increment and net inlet propulsive force. The pressure span forms at the spraying machine's tail pipe is useful for spraying and propulsion; the water pressure difference forms between main pipe and mixing pipe is good for the rational design of parallel pipe, which is useful for improving the mixing effect; the result of energy increment calculated by CFD consists with the maximum reference shot provided by the manufacturer, which demonstrates the method of utilizing CFD to compute and analyze is available.
