摘  要:为研究水污染程度的快速检测方法,以污水中的化学需氧量(COD)为检测指标,通过使用双波长紫外光检测法对5种水样(湖水水样、水沟水样、猪场污水1、猪场污水2、猪场污水3)吸光度进行检测,结合标准曲线预测COD浓度,并与标准方法测量的COD值进行比对。结果表明,大部分水样的有机物在紫外波段处具有很强的吸收性,在254nm附近处溶液浓度和吸光度有很好的线性关系,相关系数都大于0.9,在546nm处,并非每种水样都有吸光度值;湖水水样、猪场污水2、猪场污水3的COD浓度值相对误差均在5%左右,水沟水样和猪场污水1的浓度值相对误差在10%左右。研究表明,双波长紫外光检测法可实现对水污染程度的快速检测,为自动化在线检测提供数据支持以及技术准备。To study the method for rapid detection of water pollution, chemical oxygen demand (COD) in five kinds of water samples (the water from lake, water from the ditch, Swine wastewater 1, Swine wastewater 2, and Swine wastewater 3) were tested using dual wavelength ultraviolet spectros- copy method. The COD concentrations were predicted in combination with the standard curves. The COD values obtained were compared with those values based on standard method. The results show that there is strong absorption in ultraviolet region for organics in most kinds of water. Good linear relationship between concentration and absorption near 254 nm and the correlation coefficient is more than 0. 9. however, at 546 nm, not all kinds of water has absorption. The relative errors of COD concentration are about 5% for water samples from lake, from Swine wastewater 2 and Swine wastewater 3. For water samples from the ditch and Swine wastewater 1, the values were about 10%. Research shows that, in the range of allowable error, dual wavelength ultraviolet detection method can realized the rapid detection of water pollution; provide data support and technical preparation for automation online detection in the future.
