摘 要:为满足机械化大蒜联合收获过程中的作业需要,本文设计了一种具有仿形浮动功能的大蒜切须机构。以射阳黑龙蒜为研究对象进行切割线速度试验、切须长度试验,确定能够使蒜须有效分离的切割线速度应大于10.5m/s,切须长度在10mm以内分离效果较好。同时,在满足有效切须条件下,开展大蒜切须试验台工作参数优化试验,采用综合加权评分法确定最优参数组合为:切须刀转速3 500r/min(切割线速度17.2m/s)、夹持链输送速度0.6m/s和顶隙20mm,此时切须合格率88.3%,切伤率2.5%,即一组60个个体切须合格的为53个,被切伤的蒜瓣数为12瓣。To meet the needs of the operation in the process of garlic harvest mechanization, this paper designed a kind of copying the floating function of garlic cutting roots. To the black dragon garlic as the research object linear velocity test, cut to length cutting experiment was carried out, that garlic can effective separation of cutting roots linear velocity should he greater than 10.5 m/s, cutting roots length within 10 mm separation effect is better. At the same time, under the condition of meet the effective cutting roots, garlic cutting roots test bench work parameters optimization test, comprehen- sive weighted scoring method is used to determine the optimal parameter combination is: cutting roots knife speed 3500 r/min (cutting speed 17.2 m/ s), clamping chain conveyor speed 0.6 m/s and tip clearance 20 mm, the cutting roots qualified rate 88.3%, cutting injury rate is 2.5%.
