摘　　要：在农村劳动力紧缺、生产成本逐年增加、农业生产资源约束日益增强的形势下,大力发展农业机械化,通过不断完善农机服务组织建设,带动农业生产方式快速转变,降低生产成本越来越具有重要的现实意义。本文就农机服务组织发展问题进行深入分析,并提出相应的对策措施,以促进农机服务组织健康快速发展。The shortage of rural labor force and the cost of production have been increasing year by year, and the constraints of agricultural production resources are also aggravating. To develop agricultural mechanization and improve the construction of agricultural machinery service organization are very important. It can promote the transformation of agricultural production mode and reduce production cost. The problems in the development of ag- ricultural machinery service organization were analyzed, and some countermeasures were put forward in order to promote the rapid and healthy develop- ment of agricultural machinery service organization.
