摘　　要：目的:分析不孕相关精子蛋白抗体与免疫性不孕的关系。方法:收集临床抗精子抗体阳性的不孕患者的外周血标本,ELISA法检测STP-4、TSA-1、SPAG7、FA-1及YLP-12与免疫性不孕相关的精子蛋白的抗体。结果:免疫性不孕相关精子蛋白的抗体阳性率仅有15%。结论:检测不孕相关精子蛋白的抗体对免疫性不孕的临床诊疗更为有益。Objective： To analyze the relationship between sperm protein antibody associated with infertility and immune infertility. Methods：Peripheral blood samples of the clinical infertile patients with positive antisperm antibody were collected. Antibodies of some sperm proteins such as STP-4,TSA-1, SPAG7,FA-1 and YLP-12 which were associated with immune infertility were detected by ELISA. Results：The positive rate of sperm protein antibody associated with immune infertility was only 15%. Conclusion：Detection of sperm protein antibody associated with immune infertility is benefit for clinical diagnosis and treatment of immunological infertility.
