摘　　要：原发性肺动脉高压为临床罕见病,具有预后差,死亡率高的特点,目前临床上尚缺乏有效的治疗手段,现将我们通过高位硬膜外阻滞方法治疗原发性肺动脉高压1例报告如下。As a kind of rare disease,primary pulmonary hypertension syndrome is characterized by poor prognosis and high mor-tality in clinic. It still lacks of effective treatment. Here we report a case of improving clinical symptoms in patient with primary pulmo-nary hypertension syndrome by the treatment of high thoracic epidural analgesia.
