摘 要:氮肥不合理使用导致植物病害流行是长期存在的普遍现象。温室条件下氮素诱导植物对病害敏感性的现象(nitrogen induced susceptibility,NIS)在水稻及小麦中普遍存在。本研究利用RT-PCR对云南3个不同地区的31个水稻品种的NIS响应水平进行了评价,结果显示:不同品种的水稻对于NIS的响应水平具有多样性差异,Ⅱ优6、内香优1、内5优39和中优7表现出较高的NIS响应水平;不同地区之间的NIS响应水平也存在一定的差异,石屏地区水稻的NIS整体响应水平较高,元阳地区水稻的NIS响应模式较为多样。研究结果可为研究科学施氮,减少病虫害发生和流行提供了重要的基础信息和宝贵的遗传材料。Unreasonable use of nitrogen fertilizer results in the epidemic of plant diseases, which is a long-standing common phenomenon. Nitrogen induced plants' susceptibility to disease (nitrogen induced susceptibility, NIS) was deeply studied under greenhouse conditions, by which it is clear that NIS is prevailing in rice and wheat. In this study 31 cultivars from 3 different regions in Yunnan were evaluated for NIS response. The result showed that the NIS response is of great polymorphism between different cultivars and regions. II you 6, Neixiangyou 1, Neiwuyou 39 and Zhongyou 7 showed higher NIS response. The NIS responses of cultivars from Shiping County were higher than the other cultivars while cultivars form Yuanyang County performed great diversity in NIS responses. The observation might provide important information for fair use of nitrogen fertilizer and reduce the disease occurrence and prevalence and valuable resource for breeding.
