摘 要:本研究对54份国外引进烟草种质资源进行了黑胫病、烟草普通花叶病(TMV)及马铃薯Y病毒病(PVY)等主要病害抗性的分子标记辅助筛选,并对上述资源同步开展了TMV及黑胫病人工接种抗病分析。研究结果表明:共筛选到2份资源抗黑胫病、TMV及PVY,5份资源双抗黑胫病及PVY和1份资源双抗TMV及PVY。黑胫病与TMV抗性分子标记鉴定的结果为人工接种抗性鉴定结果证实,即筛选到11份资源含抗TMV的N基因和14份资源含抗黑胫病的Ph基因。本研究结果有助于大批量的开展种质资源的抗性筛选,加快抗病烟草品种选育进程。Evaluation of disease resistance to black shank (BS), tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) and potato virus Y (PVY) on 54 flue-cured tobacco introductions that was introduced from abroad were conducted using mark-assisted selection. Seedlings of the introductions were screened for resistance to black shank and TMV, either. The introductions varied extensively for their resistance to BS, TMV and PVY. Among 54 introductions, two of them were found to be resistant to BS, TMV and PVY, five of them to be resistant to BS and TMV and one of them to be resistant to TMV and PVY. Resistances to BS and TMV were further confirmed after they were evaluated by using seedling based screening method. Fourteen of the introductions were proved to carry N gene of controlling TMV, eleven of the introductions were found to carry Ph gene that is high resistant to BS. These molecular markers would be suitable for large scale screening, and may facilitate development of disease resistant tobacco cultivars.
