摘 要:以W18Cr4V钢为研究对象,采用透射电镜和硬度测试仪分析不同冷处理方式下该钢组织及硬度的变化规律。结果表明,冷处理前W18Cr4V钢的马氏体片上出现密集分布的孪晶和位错网,冷处理后马氏体孪晶带上弥散析出了细小的碳化物,尺寸约为5~10 nm,且碳化物的数量随着冷处理次数的增加而增加;W18Cr4V钢的硬度随着冷处理温度的升高而降低,较未处理试样,冷处理可提高W18Cr4V钢硬度。Using W18Cr4V steel as the research object, the changes of the microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel under different cold working conditions were analyzed with TEM and hardness tester. The results show that, after cold working, twinings and dislocations with high density appear randomly inside matensite. Meanwhile, the carbides with small size precipitate out within twining bands with the size of 5-10 nm, and the number of the carbides increase with the increase of cold treatment cycles; the hardness of W18Cr4V steel decreases with the increase of cold treatment temperatures. Compared with untreated steel, cold treatment can improve the hardness of the steel.
