摘 要:设计了5因素4水平的正交实验,通过旋转粘度仪测定保护渣的变温粘度,绘制粘度与温度关系曲线,根据Arrhenius方程和最小二乘法原理计算相应的粘流活化能,借此研究碱度、Na2O、Mg O、Ca F2及Ba O的成分变化与保护渣流变性能的关系,为保护渣性能优化提供依据。研究结果表明,碱度R升高和Na2O含量升高,使保护渣粘度降低,粘流活化能减小,转折温度升高;Mg O、Ca F2及Ba O含量升高,保护渣粘度降低,粘流活化能减小,转折温度降低;粘流活化能变化规律与粘度一致。The orthogonal experiment of five factors and four levels was designed. And the hetcrotherm viscosity of mold flux was measured by rotation viscosity instrument. The relation curves of viscosity and temperature were drawn. The viscous fluid activation energy was calculated according to the equation of Arrhenius and the principle of least squares. The relationship between the rheological property and the basicity and composition changing of Na20, MgO, CaF2 and BaO was researched. It provides theoretical basis for optimizing mold flux. The research results show that, when the R and Na20 content increasing, the viscosity and viscous fluid activation energy decreases and the break temperature rises. But also the viscosity, the viscous fluid activation energy and the break temperature decrease with the increase of MgO content, CaF2 content and BaO content. The viscosity and the viscous fluid activation energy have similar changing regularity.
