摘 要:基于Pro CAST软件,针对304不锈钢铸件的缩松缺陷,通过充型过程、凝固过程模拟,对铸件的浇注系统进行优化。Pro CAST模拟结果表明,利用原用浇注系统进行预测的缩松出现位置与实际浇注结果一致。基于凝固过程的模拟结果,在铸件的热节部位补加一组内浇道,实现铸件的顺序凝固以保证补缩,从而消除缩松缺陷。即实现铸件由内向外先凝固,内浇口随之凝固,再次是直浇道、横浇道,最后是浇口杯凝固。将优化后的浇注系统用于实际生产,彻底解决了铸件出现的缩松缺陷,提高了铸件成品率。Aiming to the shrinkage porosity defects of 304 stainless steel castings, the pouring system of castings was optimized by simulating the filling and solidification processes based on ProCAST software. The simulation results show that the shrinkage porosity position of the castings using original pouting system is agreed with the industry application results. Based on the simulation results of solidification process, a group of ingates was added in hot spot position of the castings to realize the progressive solidification and eliminate the shrinkage porosity. Casting solidifies firstly, then gates solidifies, finally sprue and pouring cup solidifies. The application of optimized pouring system is benefit to eliminating the shrinkage defect and increasing the casting yield.
