摘 要:以汽车发动机用Mg-Gd-Y合金为研究对象,通过改变焊接电流、焊接速度和氩气流量的方法,研究了不同焊接工艺下合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和显微组织的变化。结果表明,优化后的焊接工艺为:焊接电流175 A、焊接速度5 mm/s、氩气流量11 L/min,此时焊接接头的抗拉强度、屈服强度最大,焊接接头获得了较好的焊接组织。Taking Mg-Gd-Y alloy used for automobile engine as research object, the effect of welding technology on tensile strength, yield strength and mierostrueture of alloy were studied through the method of changing electric current, welding speed and welding argon. The results show that the optimized welding process as follow, welding speed is 5 mm/s, welding current is 175 A, argon flow rate is 11 L/min, which can make the welding joint has the highest tensile strength, yield strength, and obtained better welding microstructure.
