轮带式连铸机结晶区的热-结构耦合分析

摘  要:针对轮带式连铸机结晶轮外圈材料选取,利用有限元分析软件建立轮带式连铸机结晶区的三维瞬态分析模型,并进行热-结构耦合仿真,分别得到了结晶区的温度场及应力场分布规律。对比了用Cu和40Cr制结晶轮外圈时,结晶区的温度场、应力场分布的情况。结果表明,用Cu制结晶轮外圈时,铅液的凝固速率较快,结晶轮外圈最大应力较小;用40Cr制结晶轮外圈时,铅液的凝固速率相对较慢,外圈最大应力较大。在相同的连铸速度下,由于Cu质地软,易磨损和刮伤,使用寿命较短,而40Cr质地硬,耐磨损和抗刮伤性能较好,使用寿命较长。For the outer-ring material selection of the wheel in belting leather crystallization type continuous caster, a two-dimensional transient analysis model for the crystalline region of belting leather type continuous caster was established using finite element analysis software, and the heat-structural coupling simulation was conducted, the temperature field and stress field in crystallization were obtained, respectively. The temperature field and stress field of the crystallization wheel manufactured with Cu and 40Cr in crystalline region were compared. The results show that, when using the outer ring of crystallization wheel of Cu, the solidification rate of lead liquid is faster and the maximum stress of crystallization wheel outer ring is smaller. But when using the outer ring of crystallization wheel of 40Cr, the solidification rate of lead liquid is slowly and the maximum stress of crystallization wheel outer ring is larger. Under the same casting speed, due to the texture of Cu is soft, it is easy to wear and scratches, the service life is short. While the texture of 40Cr is hard, it has better wear resistance, scratch resistance and long service life.
