摘  要:对现阶段国内精密铸造行业内主要应用的4种制壳工艺进行了对比分析,并从制壳成本的角度,对4种工艺提出了相应的改进方法以达到成本优化的目的。分析表明:从精密铸造后得到的铸件质量来看,硅溶胶-中温蜡型壳得到的铸件质量最好,其次为硅溶胶-低温蜡型壳和复合型壳,而水玻璃型壳得到的铸件质量则较差;从制壳的成本来看,硅溶胶-中温蜡型壳成本最高,水玻璃型壳的成本最低。分别对各种制壳工艺进行改进后,精铸件的制作成本最为合理,实现了精密铸造制壳工艺的成本优化。Four main shell-making processes in domestic precision casting industry were analyzed and compared, and considering the shell-making cost, the improved methods corresponding to these four technologies were proposed to achieve the goal of cost optimization. Analyses results show that, from the point of the casting quality of precision casting, silica sol - meditun temperature wax shell is the best, followed by silica sol - low temperature wax shell and compound shell, and the quality of castings made by sodium silicate shell is worse; from the cost of shell-making, the cost of silica sol - medium temperature wax shell is the highest, while that of sodium silicate shell is the lowest. After the improvement of these processes, the cost of castings is reasonable and the cost optimization for precision casting is realized.
