摘　　要：以无机冷芯盒工艺为研究对象,研究了原砂、粘结剂、制芯设备、制芯工艺对其性能的影响及其在汽车铸件上的批量生产应用。结果表明,无机冷芯盒工艺技术具有高效、环保、节能、推广应用灵活、生产成本低等特性。Taking the inorganic cold-box technology as study objects, the effects of base sand, binder, core making equipment, core making technology on its properties were studied, and the application of the process in automobile castings was introduced. The results show that the inorganic cold-box technology has the advantages of high efficiency, environment, energy conservation, flexible popularization and application and low cost and so on.
