摘　　要：酒精与脑缺血发生和预后都密切相关,用不同动物模型研究酒精与脑缺血的关系得出的结果不尽相同。本文总结了目前常用的酒精干预脑缺血动物模型的制作方法,并对模型的优缺点进行评价,为酒精干预脑缺血研究中动物模型的选择提供参考。Alcohol is closely related to the occurrence and prognosis of cerebral ischemia.Researches on the relationship between alcohol and cerebral ischemia using different animal models draw different conclusions.This paper summarizes the common alcohol intervention methods in making animal models of cerebral ischemia, and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of these models to provide reference for the future research.
