摘　　要：介绍朔黄线在换装ZYJ7外锁闭道岔转辙设备调试中把好线下电机和外锁设备安装关,确保道岔工、电设备几何尺寸达标;采用模拟电路试验方法,把好线下调试、试验关,确保室内配线的正确;把好上线调试关,确保转辙设备上线后联锁关系正确。This paper introduces the switch equipment commissioning for replacing ZYJ7 external locking switch on Shuo-Huang railway line, including how to ensure both track and signal equipment installed correctly through checking on the installation of the electric machine and external locking equipment, how to ensure indoor wiring laid correctly through checking on analog circuit test, and how to ensure interlocking relationship being correct after switch equipment putting into service through checking on switch equipment commissioning onsite.
