摘  要:针对北京某小区燃气供热锅炉排烟温度高、雾气大、烟囱下大量烟气冷凝水结冰,采用自主研发的防腐高效烟气冷凝热能回收装置对锅炉进行排烟余热深度利用与除雾改造,使烟温降到19℃~28℃,深度回收利用烟气余热及烟气冷凝水,明显改善了烟囱雾气排放,解决了烟囱下大量结冰问题。该技术推广应用,可以节约天然气和供热运行费,减少NO X和CO2及雾气排放,对雾霾防控具有实际意义。For a heating boiler of a community in Beijing exhausting flue gas with high temperature, big fog, condensate water under chimney freezing in great quantity,using the self-developed anti-corrosion type and efficient flue gas condensate heat recovery equipment for heating boiler to transform the heating boiler room, lower the flue gas temperature to 19-28%, recycle flue gas waste heat and condensate water deeply,improving the fog emissions significantly, solving the problem of freeze under the chimney. Applying the technology can save natural gas ,cut down heating cost, reduce NOx1,CO2 and fog emissions,having practical significance to the prevention and control of fog.
