大学生创业教育中情商的培养

摘　　要：目前大多数高校的教育主要集中在创业模式等方面而往往缺乏针对性,特别是在大学生创业中情商的培养方面重视程度不够而影响创业的成功率,文章针对当前大学生在创业中容易出现的情商问题,探讨高校在如何通过情商教育提高创业的质量,真正实现以创业带动就业。The entrepreneurship education of college students focuses mainly on business mode and lacks specificity,especially in EQ education,which affected the success rate of entrepreneurship.The paper explores the EQ problems existing in college students＇ entrepreneurship and raises relevant measure to enhance entrepreneurship quality and realize its intension of improving employment.
