摘  要:本次试验矿石产自新型镍矿床,矿石中镍矿物含量低(仅为0.22%),呈微细浸染状嵌布;脉石矿物主要为蛇纹石、滑石,矿浆中二者异相凝聚严重,对磨矿及浮选影响很大。针对矿石性质特点,试验采取干式磨矿、离心机预脱泥、添加选择性分散抑制剂EMY-3等有效措施,通过一段干式磨矿、预脱泥、一次粗选、一次扫选、两次精选流程,最终获得了精矿镍品位6.68%、镍回收率62.44%的良好技术指标。The nickel ore is produced in a new type deposit, the grade of nickel with micro-disseminated type is only O. 22% in the raw ore, the main gangue minerals are serpentine and talc. Serpentine and talc could be intercoagulation with each, which effected on the flotation and grinding. For ore properties, the test adopted many effective measures which were dry grinding, pre desliming by centrifuge, added to selective inhibitor EMY-3. By dry-grinding-pre desliming-one roughing-two selected, good technical indicators were obtained with the nickel concentrate was grade 6. 68% and recovery 62. 44%.
