摘 要:尾矿库建造的高投资与运行的高风险促使新的尾矿排放方法的快速发展,尾矿干排工艺正逐渐被多数矿山所采用。本文重点介绍了应用斜板设备设计的斜板浓缩—陶瓷过滤干排、高效斜板浓缩—压滤干排、斜板分级—粗细颗粒分别干排等三种工艺,滤饼含水率低于25%,回水率在75%以上,成功的应用在仙人桥矿业、鸿昇矿业及木利锑业等尾矿的干式排放,取得了显著的经济、社会、环境效益。The high investment of constructing tailings and high-risk operation make the rapid development of new tailings discharge method, tailing dry discharging process is gradually being adopted by most of mines. This article focuses on designing three tailing dry discharging processes of lamella thicker-ceramic vacuum filter, High rate lamella thicker-automatic filter press,lamella classification-particle were dry discharged applying lamella equipment, the moisture content of filter cake is less than 25%, the backwater rate of more than 75%, to achieve the tailing dry discharging in Xianrenqiao Mining, Hongsheng Mining and Muli Mining,to obtain remarkable benefits on economic, social and environmental.
