起泡剂730A与松醇油在昆钢大红山铁矿150万t/a选矿厂的生产应用

摘　　要：介绍了730A和松醇油两种起泡剂在昆钢大红山铁矿150万t/a选矿厂的生产应用。生产实践表明,根据矿石性质变化和起泡剂性能,730A与松醇油配合使用,可以增强起泡剂的适应性,稳定浮选泡沫层,提高选矿指标,降低药剂成本。The production application of two frothers between 730A and terpineol in 1.5 Mt/a dressing plant of Dahongshan iron mine of Kunsteel was introduced. The production practice show that the adaptability of frother could be enhanced, the foam layer of flotation could be stabilized, indexes could be improvedand the cost of reagents could be decreased when the consumption of 730A and terpineol oil at proper ratio based on the ore property and frother performance.
