摘  要:高压开关机构上的连接传动零部件、接触运动零部件等,一般采用高频淬火、渗碳淬火等技术提高其耐磨性能,通过镀锌来提高防腐性能,但镀锌层的耐磨性差,在运行过程中磨损严重,导致丧失防腐效果,严重影响产品的整体性能。笔者针对高压开关机构零部件常用的钢材,进行QPQ盐浴氮化氧化复合处理技术的应用研究,系统研究了QPQ处理后的渗层显微组织形貌、表面硬度及渗层硬度和耐蚀性。研究证明,QPQ技术应用到高压开关机构零件上,可以同时提高零件的耐磨性能和耐蚀性能,达到强化防腐复合效果。High frequency quenching and cemented quenching are usually used to improve the wear resistance of the mechanism components, such as the transmission and kinematic parts, of the high voltage switchgear. Galvanization is then conducted to raise the corrosion resistance of those components. However, the galvanized layer is worn down quickly during operation due to its low wear resistance, leading to poor corrosion protection and even damage of the switchgear. In this study, several steels commonly used for the components of high voltage switchgears were treated by the QPQ composite nitrification and oxidation process in salt bath. The microstructures and the hardness of the nitride layers, as well as the corrosion resistance, were investigated. The results show that both wear and corrosion resistances of the QPQ treated components are improved.
